Sal Sapienza brought his father's 30-year old NY recipes to the queen city in 2018.


Salvatore Sapienza followed in the steps of his father, Nino, who opened the original New York location in 1990. Sal came to Charlotte to share 30+ years of family pizza and pasta recipes.
